Before anything

Damaged or wrong item?

Inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — don't wait for the 30-day window. Reach us through the portal or at customerservice@jilbabco.com. Photos help — they speed resolution up.

Check eligibility

Your item must be unworn and unused, returned within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Initiate your request

Fastest: use our self-serve portal — under two minutes.
Prefer email? Write to customerservice@jilbabco.com with your order number and reason. Once accepted, we'll send next steps and a prepaid return label if needed.

Choose your resolution

Tell us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.

Exchange
Different size or style

Always free. We cover the return label — no fees, no deductions. Ship back the original item using your prepaid label.

Return
Full refund

A flat $7.50 processing fee is deducted to cover handling and return shipping. Ship the item back using the label we provide.

Step 4

We take it from there

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Exchanges are fulfilled as soon as the original item is received. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — allow a few business days for your bank to post it.

Non-Returnable Items

A few Exceptions.

These items fall outside our standard return policy — please review before submitting a request.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted sale price are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

Custom Orders

Special or personalized orders made to your specifications cannot be returned.

Worn or Washed

Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use are ineligible for return.
