Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unworn and unused
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items sent back without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

Prefer email? Write to us at customerservice@jilbabco.com with your order number and reason.
Once accepted, we'll send instructions and — for exchanges — a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Exchanges are completely free. We cover the return label — no fees, no deductions from your original order.
Start through our portal, select your replacement item, and ship the original back using your prepaid label. We'll fulfil the exchange as soon as we receive it.
Damages & wrong items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.
Reach us through the portal or at customerservice@jilbabco.com. Include photos where possible — it speeds things up.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method automatically.
Please note: a flat $7.50 return processing fee is deducted from the refund to cover handling and shipping. Exchanges are always free — no fee, label on us.
Allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
A few exceptions
to be aware of.
We want every return to go smoothly. These items fall outside our standard policy.
Items purchased at a discounted sale price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Special or personalized orders made to your specifications cannot be returned.
Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use are ineligible for return.
